Fine Structures of the Liver Cell in Normal and Disease

Abstract
|
|
|
The fine structures of normal liver were described with major emphasis on hepatic cells and
4 with relevance to the function of each structure. Fine structural alterations in some of liver diseases such as fatty liver, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, alcoholic injuries, and storage diseases were also briefly reviewed.
Representative and relevant illustrations of both normal and abnormal conditions of the liver cells were included.
